Before we get started, I wanted to take just a moment and pray for Artie's wife, Artie Kendall's wife, Michelle.

I got a text, actually an email from him, and I want to just kind of read it.

And we also wanted to get this on our video uploads so that we could ask our online church to pray as well

for Michelle Kendall.

Artie says, my wife is admitted to straub with thoracic.

I'm probably not pronouncing that right, abscess, which will

require surgery no later than tomorrow morning. That's Friday morning. Just met with the surgeon,

and he made sure to express the serious nature of this circumstance. The mass is nearly the size of a baseball, as seen in the

CT scan, but the surgeon told me it wraps around the upper portion of her lung and goes down

behind her heart. They are going to do surgery to drain the infection and we'll have to leave on chest tubes for continued drainage.

There is also a smaller site in her neck, which they will start with during surgery and try to get as much of the abscess as possible without going into the chest.

The surgeon made sure to convey the life-threatening

nature presence. So please petition the Lord for healing. Thank you all. We'll keep you posted.

So let's take just a moment and pray for Michelle, if you would, join with me.

Loving Heavenly Father, it's at times like this that we're just so grateful to you that we can

come to you and petition your throne as the great physician for your healing touch from your mighty hand

on Michelle. Lord, would you go before her in this surgery and guide the physicians that will be performing the surgery.

Lord, we just want to entrust her to you and believe you by faith that everything is going to

work out fine, that you will just give the physicians the wisdom that they need during the surgery to remove

everything they can and completely remove this from her, Lord. We're trusting you for this. We're believing you for this.

Lord, thank you that you are the great physician, the God who heals. We ask you for this. In
