and I hope you enjoy this interview. How did you get involved in editing?

I got involved in editing seriously since high school. I had a project in high school for an

English class, and it was

retelling the stories that we'd been reading that year in a film form. And it was my first time

really even understanding that editing was a profession or something that was part of film.

And I got so consumed with that project and other projects in high school

where it was like, I could sit and do that for six, 10, 12 hours and not realize the time was

passing. And I really connected with it so much. So I really, that's what I want for my job.

It doesn't feel like a job. It feels like I'm sitting there and I'm enjoying myself for that

long and I'm being challenged by it.
