Hello, everybody. This is a Bill Bennett show's special feature, the fence of Western

Civilization. Conrad Black, Victor Davis Hanson, and I, Bill Bennett, defend Western

Civilization through the lens of current events. Conrad Black is an author, columnist, and

media contributor. Victor Davis Hanson is a senior fellow at the Hoover Institute. His

Gentlemen, holy smokes. We're about 70 days into the Biden administration. I'm trying

0:28.0

to think of the best knowledge here in parallel. Maybe I spent too much time in the fraternity

0:32.8

college, but it feels like a fraternity party. Hey, let's get more beer. You know, but we

1:12.1

what's weird about this revolution is there's no popular constituency for it. All of these issues

1:17.8

1:24.3

six or seven seats in the House. The Senate's deadlock, 45 to 75,000 votes would have changed

1:29.6

the electoral college result. It was a contentious election, and yet he's pushing through as if

1:34.8

he's, as we said earlier, he's sick of being the understudy of Barack Obama. He wants to have a

1:40.5

hardcore progressive legacy far more than good ol' Joe Biden from Scranton that was the moderate,

1:45.5

moderate, uniter transparency president. Let's talk about the border.
