So John Hinderocker, how's your governor doing on COVID?

Is it getting worse in Minnesota?

You know, it's really not Bill.

The timing here is great because today is the one year anniversary

of when our governor, Tim Walls, declared an emergency.

And under Minnesota statutes.

And the emergency is still in effect a year later.

And we had at least one day in the last week when there were zero

COVID-related deaths recorded.

And so a lot of people are asking when, when does the emergency end?

You know, is the emergency ever, ever going to be over?

And it's really extraordinary because, you know, Minnesota has this statute

like a lot of states and you can understand why it makes sense.

But it was written, I think in the 1950s, in contemplation of a flood

or a tornado or something like that where you need rapid action,
