President Biden's State of the Union address was in many ways defined not by his address, but by a photo that has gone viral this morning that captures the awful Lauren Bolbert and Marjorie Taylor Green, heckling the president as he eulogized his deceased son.

If a photo is worth a thousand words, then this one is worth 10 fucking thousand, as it sums

up everything about our current political moment.

That was the moment in this speech where the president was talking about his unity agenda

and talking about priorities that we should all be able to agree on.

Look, one American dies every five minutes of an opioid overdose.

There's no question we should do more to help our nation's veterans,

people who have been hurt by the impacts of burn pits. Of course, we need to do more to work together to cure cancer. And they were heckling around that time and that moment. I think that says a lot more about them than it does about how important these priorities are and how much the vast majority of people who

were sitting there watching in that chamber last night could work together to solve exactly

those problems and others too.

The venom and contempt in their faces, the lack of decorum, self-righteousness and stupidity

speak to where we are as a nation in 2022.

And all of it while Lindsey Graham looks unhelplessly, like a fucking geriatric who just pissed

his pants in public. But let's not kid ourselves, folks. These two nasty gremlins are the
