struggling with frustration and anger. Stacy walks me through how I can use mindfulness techniques

1:26.5

during the conversation to calm down.

1:28.9

And listen, I know that for my hardcore business listeners, this might seem like it's a little bit out there.

1:34.4

But I'm willing to take that risk.

1:36.6

Because I know that in the business world, a lot of times we make the mistake of focusing so much on the strategy and substance of the negotiation

1:43.6
