Doing well, doing well.

You're a little gloomy outside.

Did you get your morning walk in?

I did and always gives me energy.

I used coffee for that.

You know, I have a theory that builds up your immunity too.

And I always sit down when I didn't know anything about medicine.

But my family had a lot of common sense on health habits.

And my kids would tell you, he thinks exercise solves everybody's problem.

Every once in a while you don't do that.

Not everything.

But I tell you what it is.

And so recently they have emphasized, you know, the different things that you do.

If we're building up immunity in exercise health, I was both good.

I better do this twice a day now.

Well, you never seem to get sick.

You know what I mean?

So I need to take a lesson from that.
