What's it like to work at SpaceX?

Tell me, good evening.

According to a engineer at SpaceX, there was an interview of this guy and he gave a really

fascinating account for a link to it on behind the black.

Essentially the work culture is open, efficient, and very aggressive.

You need to provide value at all times and be very self-motivated, you don't have managers, middle managers

over you telling you what to do.

There is almost no mid-management peers at all.

Everyone is on their own to do things.

And I quote one particular part of the story

that I think illustrates this better than anything else.

And you are given a permission to go to meetings, but if you don't add value to

the meeting or the meeting isn't adding any value to your work.

You are free to get up and walk out at any time respectfully.

Everyone's allowed to do that.
