Behind the black, Bob Zimmerman is here. We turn to SpaceX, dominating the stories always, and it's a pleasure to report on SpaceX.

Bob, a very good evening to you.

Dragon is a cargo as well as a manned spacecraft.

You have an item about it going to ISS.

Isn't that routine business?

Yes, and no.

This launch was interesting, John, because even though it was a regularly scheduled cargo dragon mission to ISS, the mission, and it launched successfully and it's docked with

ISS and it's got cargo.

But this mission was different in a number of ways.

It highlights a problem NASA presently has for getting its cargo to ISS.

A Cygnus capsule, this is Northrop Grumman's cargo capsule, was scheduled to be launched.

Unfortunately, during transport, you might remember, its shipping container got damaged somehow,

and they opened the container and discovered that the capsule had been damaged as well.

Damage to a point that they could launch, they couldn't launch it. They couldn't

launch it, which meant a cargo mission to ISS dropped away. They lost the whole cargo mission.

So what NASA did with this particular dragon cargo mission is they removed a bunch of science

experiments that were going on so they could put more consumables

on the cargo craft.

They packed it as full as they could, and it launched, and it's gotten there.

But the launch highlighted not just simply the problem with Cygnus.

Cygnus, by the way, North of Grumman, used to launch Cygnus on its Ontario's rocket.
