Starliner is the man capsule that Boeing has been building now from more than a decade to bring

astronauts up and down to ISS as well as potentially sell to others, make money.

They got their contract the same time, SpaceX did.

And SpaceX now is flying their Dragon Man capsules for about four years

and making a lot of money not only by getting flights for

NASA some of which would have gone to Star Line if the thing had been

ready on time but also with other private sources that want to put

tourists up in space.
