SpaceX, on to new progress. And this is something I don't know about. Bob, SpaceX landed a first stage of a Falcon 9 in the Bahamas.

What's the big deal?

Good evening, John.

Yeah, the big deal is it landed in territorial waters in the Bahamas.

This was a launch of another 23 Starlink satellite.

But prior to the launch, SpaceX didn't have negotiations with the Bahamas to see if it would get permission

to put its drone ship in those territorial waters off the islands of Exumis.

And after some negotiations and, you know, tit that's the tat.

The Bahamas agreed.

And so during this launch, idea by the way is that

it by being put the uh... trunch it in those waters it gives space x a another

uh... launch direction out of uh... kennedy out of uh... florida you know as they can

aim their uh... rocket and satellites in a different slightly different direction

and it gives them much greater flexibility so they launched the first stage completed at 16th flight

and it landed quite routinely on the drone ship off the coast of exhumus and this in a sense

was the first ever private rocket to launch in one country and land in another.

I mean, we could say that a lot of Russian and other launches have done similar things,

but they were government and sometimes they were by accident, this was on purpose.

So it's another example of SpaceX,

widening its effort for a greater flexibility in profit,

and including another country in the process.
