Bob, my understanding is that the big plans include after the shakedown crews at Boca Chica to move to the Cape and do multiple

launchings of the system that SpaceX has in mind for orbit, for the moon, for beyond.

However, there is regulation.

Yes, John, this is a really bad story in a sense.

It's really not good. In 2019 when SpaceX announced he wanted to build launch

towers for star ships and to have the at the Cape at in Florida the FAA and the Air Force did environmental impact statements at that time.

The environmental impact statements are complicated things that take a lot of time with a lot of

paperwork, a lot of red tape, a lot of red tape a lot of investigation a lot of agencies involved a government agency you know fish

wildlife environmental agencies for interior department so they take time they

did this in 2019 and got approval for

SpaceX to build its launch towers at Cape Canaveral for super-heavy

Starship and as you said correctly John the the plan now is to do most of the operational

launches of this system from the Cape and SpaceX will have at least two launch

for towers there and two and so they can do lots of

launches they have the city to build the thing there and that's the plan.

They're gonna use Boca Chico mostly as a research development facility for

these vehicles.

So they did an environmental statement in 2019
