| 0:07.4 | That's why we and London boroughs are lowering more speed limits to 20 miles per hour, |
| 0:12.3 | because 20 miles per hour roads have already reduced collisions resulting in deaths or |
| 0:16.8 | serious injuries by 24%. That is how we're making journeys in London safer and brighter for everyone. |

| 1:39.3 | So that's getting ready to go, and they're going to do that. I'm sure in the next week or so, |
| 1:43.4 | that's what they're planning. They also are preparing additional part types of super heavy and |
| 1:48.3 | starship for later tests. And they also upgrade, continuing their upgrade in the assembly facilities. |
| 1:54.3 | There are a lot of those cities where in temporary tents for years, and they replace them with real buildings. |
| 2:02.2 | None of this really matters, you know. Well, it matters. SpaceX is showing what's going to do with |
| 2:06.7 | the drop rate, but it doesn't really matter because there's no word from the FAA about |
| 2:11.5 | a launch permit. The only word we've had from the FAA is basically telling everybody, |
