Summary
Is there a past hurt or toxic trauma that's keeping you from being your best self?
Whether it be a person, ex, principle, or a belief system, many of us are used to sitting across from doctors, therapists, and psychiatrists only to hear them tell us that there's something wrong with us or we have a chemical imbalance.
However, what if the only chemical imbalance we have, is one that we created ourselves?
This week on the SHAIR Podcast, we're joined by Master Coach, Christine Hassler. Christine left her successful job as a Hollywood agent to pursue a life she could be passionate about. Christine believes once we get out of our own way, we can show up to make the meaningful impact we are here to make. Today, she teaches and inspires people around the world.
Based on the belief that any human being has the power to transform, Christine also gives us thought-provoking insight into her release-writing and tantrum exercises.
Where are you holding onto old resentments? How do you begin to heal past hurts? This inspiring conversation will help you answer those questions!
