Summary

Meditation should be easy, effortless, and joyous.

In today's world, people are practicing meditation more than ever. Though, there are still many that aren't reaching the positive, uplifting, and spiritual effects that they desire.

Dr. Susan Shumsky has dedicated her life to helping people take command of their lives in highly effective, powerful, and positive ways. This week she joins the SHAIR Podcast to talk about her book Third Eye Meditations: Awaken Your Mind, Spirit, and Intuition.

Dr. Shumsky goes on to explain the purpose of guided meditation and how the way we speak to ourselves can manifest in our lives. She gives us simple yet powerful ways to begin the process of self-empowerment by reaching higher levels of consciousness though meditation and affirmations.

Meditation shouldn't be hard. Begin to open the doorway of infinite possibilities with these practical day-to-day tools we can each use to better our lives.
