Summary

Many people develop an addiction to soothe sexual abuse or childhood trauma. Our guest today is Lisa Erickson. She is a chakra-based energy worker and the author of Chakra Empowerment for Women.

Lisa tells us how self-guided techniques using energy healing can be the first step in moving on from trauma. She talks about the tools and techniques she teaches her clients to deal with their emotions as they arise, giving them the power to recognize their triggers and work through their anxiety and discomfort before it takes over.

This episode is full of fascinating information about men's and women's energy bodies and how we can connect to our different chakras to heal ourselves. Get ready for chakra empowerment!
