Really every show I dedicate, but I especially want to dedicate this show on this date

on January 22nd to my son, Kimani Romail Myers, who passed away on this date in 2020 in a car accident, something that I still, to this day, six years later still can't wrap my brain around. I know his mother and all his family, all his friends, everyone feels the same exact way. Don't bring this up to get sympathy at all. I bring it up because I'm never going to stop talking about him. Like, there's just no way that I'm going to stop talking about him. This is my way of honoring him is talking about him on the podcast, talking about him anytime. Anytime you see me in public and anyone who knows me knows that I never shy away or hesitate from talking about it. Matter of fact, half the time I just start laughing. They're like, what are you laughing at?

Ah, I just thought of something Kimani does.

Just silly like that. But again, that's the way that I honor him. And the day that I stop doing that, that's the day that, one, I have a problem and that I'm not doing, I'm not doing him a just service. And so I'm definitely going to make sure I continue to do that.
