The saddest part about that is people saw stuff and said hey this doesn't seem

normal seems like something's wrong but nobody would have really thought that a

giant building like that could collapse.

So it's just an extra reminder that when we're out there in real estate, doing due diligence

is such an important thing. So the question is this, how do most agents find the secrets to succeed in today's competitive

Today I'm going to talk to you about real estate news that's out there,

of the news that maybe you should have been looking at this week if you're a real estate agent.

So first I'm going to start with, you know, it's news that's out there that's on everybody's page and the that's that condo

condo in Miami that in the middle of the night

crashed it's horrific you know people are missing everywhere and you know it's it's making the top of the news

everywhere so there's an in-man article out that just said the Miami condo collapse

updates second lawsuit warnings in April and you know I don't know if there's much we can get out of the article. I think lawsuits are bound to happen. They should happen and now as more and more news is coming out, it's talking about, you you know that there was standing water,

there was standing water in different areas, you know being close to the coast,

the salt was damaging things. So there's warning signs with these properties and
