I don't see a loss of you know total agent count four months in a row as a big

deal I really don't especially when the volume and the and the sides are up and I don't say it just because you know it's a brand I'm involved with

If you're adding really great agents and and losing ones that aren't doing any business at all or very little

you're it's obviously a net gain.

So the big question is this how do most agents who don't have access to the secrets that most successful agents hoard to themselves grow and prosper in today's competitive real estate environment.

That's the question.
