It's been a little while, isn't it, Anna? I think the last sort of full episode we recorded together was with, it was the Selina Stone one back in March.

God, was it? Yeah, it has felt like a bit of a gap.

I haven't missed our chats.

Well, we did the intro for the Anthony Reddy Now Barrett one, and we worked together on the

Vanessa Chamberlain one, but we haven't sort of done a full reflection, as it were,

in quite a few months, Anna.

So I'm going to ask you, how are you?

I'm very well, Thank you, Tim. I'm very well.

Good. You've done a few retreats recently, haven't you? How did they go? Yeah, did the summer

solstice retreat, which was lovely. Lots of lovely people joining that to mark the seasonal moment,

the height of the sun in the sky, up in the northern hemisphere at least. Yeah, it was really fun, really lovely.

And I actually went on my own retreat. I haven't been on retreat for a little while, and Jim

and I managed to find a little window, so I went away for three nights. Very nice. As a retreat

leader yourself, though, you are able to kind of relax into that, or you constantly thinking,

oh, I'm not sure

I'd have done it that way myself. Yeah, well, actually, it wasn't a lead retreat. So it's a lovely

retreat near Lou called Trigel. Oh dear, this is me getting the name wrong now. Tri, trijel.
