Today I'm speaking with someone who I've known for well over a decade and who is perfect

for Second Life, Sophia Rossi.

Sophia started her career in television as a reality TV producer for two of my favorite

shows ever, The Hills and the City, which were huge hits on MTV.

After working her way up in the entertainment industry, she made a big switch in 2011

when she founded the platform Hello Giggles, a positive-minded online community for women.

Sophia grew the site from an idea into an incredibly popular destination with over 1,500 contributors

and 10 million visitors every single month.

She also sold it for $30 million in 2016, which is not bad for a five-year exit.

She's also one of the warmest people you'll ever meet and I am delighted to have her here

today.
