I know a lot of people are drinking caffeine,

they're drinking coffee. Like Ryan, like, is there something else that we can be drinking to make us feel like we got energy? Well, I used to be an addict of caffeine. You know, I had lots of

self-medication issues, and caffeine was one of the things I self-medicated with all day

long so I have no judgment you know by what by any means I've just run enough experiments on

myself and now with the community and the people that I've mentored that you know I understand a lot

more about these substances you know caffeine caffeine gives you short-term energy,

and it doesn't give you long-term. It actually drains more energy than it creates.

So it's like it gives you a little burst of light, but you pay a price for the little burst of light.

So by not drinking caffeine, I know my body better.
