There are two big events that the church observes every year.

One is what we call Christmas, and it is the giving of Jesus, his entrance into the earth.

And then it's this day, what we call Easter.

I prefer to call it resurrection Sunday.

And it is the culmination and the fulfilling of prophecy.

And it's how God saved fallen and lost humanity.

With Adam and Eve, man lost their self.

And human beings could not then, after that, could not save themselves.

There was, there had been no one that could live a clean enough, righteous enough life

after that until Jesus.

Hallelujah.

Who was free from sin and gave himself for us that whoever would believe on him, as they

just quoted, would have everlasting life.

Oh, somebody say everlasting life.
