Uh,

uh, First Corinthians, the third chapter, if you'd go there, please.

I'm really stirred about this word this morning.

It all goes together with what we've already been talking about.

We've been on a series for some weeks now.

We're calling the God of Increase.

The God of Increase. And that's who he is, and that's what he is, and that's what his will is, and his plan is.

In 1 Corinthians 3 and 6, the Spirit of God through Paul said, I have planted, Apollos watered, but God

gave the increase. Then he repeats it in the next verse. He says, so then, neither is he that

planteth anything, neither he that watereth, but God that gives the increase.

And he's saying that it's not just human effort that produces the increase.

It's God that gives the increase.

And you know, the proverb says, the blessing of the Lord,

it makes rich.

And he adds no sorrow to it.

One translation of the leaf says,

laboring doesn't add to it.
