mindfulness mode today? Bruce, I am now. If I wasn't before, I am now. Well, I'm sure you were before, but it's great to have you on the show. What does mindfulness mean to you, Jack?

Well, that's a great question. I've been on the, I've been asking myself that question many times. And the more times I ask it, the more times I'm mindful. This is the question. I've got, I'd like to use the fishing line technique. Your mind is a very difficult, a very slippery fish to catch. But if you hook it, you can, and you let it run, let it tire itself out. Don't break your line, reel it in when it's tired. Keep doing that. Keep pulling it in, going back and forth. And finally, your mind will come to
