air a conversation I had with Kevin Abstract of Brock Hampton. I really love that episode and we'll be releasing it on

Wednesday this coming week. But today we were trying to imagine what you would like to hear after the week we've had in America.

I know many listeners of our show are not from the US, but I'm certain you've seen the news. A mass shooting in Indianapolis, body cam footage

of a 13-year-old boy gunned down in Chicago.

A 21-year-old black man shot dead at a traffic stop.

You know of Adam Toledo and Dante Wright, of the eight individuals at that FedEx in Indiana.

To be honest, we thought about re-releasing conversations with Heelard, Resma Manacum, or activist in to you in our back catalog and I'd urge you to seek them out if you haven't already.

But I have to say, I feel how you probably feel right now.

Depleted, a little empty, scared, confused, angry, fatigued, somehow both numb and heartbroken. In all the words and

sentiments I keep coming back to feel profoundly insufficient.

Sometimes I think when you can't find the words,

it's best just to leave them at the door.

And so that's what we've done here today. For your Sunday, for your week, we've put together
