And I'm right now in the very vulnerable, emotional space of letting go of a lot of the things that I have built in my life.

I share the personal story of the yoga studio that I built and ran for a long time here in Aruba.

And where this next phase of our life is going to take us.

I am feeling very intimate with you right now.

I'm extremely emotional right in this moment.

It's kind of rare that I get to catch myself right in a very vulnerable experience

and get to sit down in that experience to record and to talk to you about it.

I'm feeling, yeah, like it's a very intimate conversation we're able to have.

I am sitting and recording and speaking these words from Island Yoga right now from our studio, our yoga studio in Aruba.

I don't know how long you've been listening to this podcast if you are a diehard from day one or if you just found this show a little bit ago.

But I have been recording this podcast for almost six years, which is a long time.

This pod is almost exactly the same age as my daughter.

I recorded the very first episode when she was one week old.

So I always know exactly how old the podcast is. This pod is the same age as Leah.
