but you always need to hear again? For me, there are things that I need to hear again and again

because it's easy for me to go unconscious to them.

One of those is gratitude.

I know being consistent with a gratitude practice has positive effects that are just wild,

but I still fall out of the habit and need to be nudged to do it again and again.

Billy and I don't always get a chance to chat before bed, but when we do, it is always one of my
