Has had one of these dreams here that you ever have one of these where it's so deep

that not only does it feel realistic, but you feel like you're being shoved or physically

touched in a dream?

This has never, I don't think this has ever happened to me.

And I have sleep paralysis quite a lot, which is where if you're unfamiliar with that, it's

kind of where your mind wakes up, but your body doesn't.

So when you sleep at night, your body paralyzes itself so you don't act out your dreams,

right?

So if you're running in your dream, you're not running in your bed at home.

So with sleep paralysis, you kind of start to wake out of that dream state and you're

aware of your surroundings, but your body is still locked up in the dream state.

Do you hear yourself make sounds like when you're terrified in your dream in that paralysis

state?

I do, but because I can't really talk, it's more like a wick, like ghostly moan.

Yes.

Like, usually I'm trying to scream at my husband to wake me up because with my sleep paralysis,

and for a lot of people, like, they're not good dreams.

Like, you're stuck or there's someone in the room watching you or trying to get you

or in my dreams, I wake up over and I sit up over and over again, trying to wake myself

up.
