So we had a breakthrough last night with our adopted English bulldog.

And I think this falls under the category of be careful what you ask for because you just might get it.

So Frannie here comes to me from this farm in Iowa.

And she's been with me now for, I guess, nine or ten months is when I adopted her.

Very sheepish.

Very kind of sketchy.

Doesn't let a lot of people approach her.

And when they do, she gives them about a second.

And then she's like, I'm out of here.

And in the whatever amount of time I've had her,

she has come a long way with people that she knows.

Like now she's hanging out on the couch couch where before she was only in her crate.

Even before that, she wouldn't even come out of the shrubs, right?

Oh, I remember the shrub days.

Yeah.

And when she was in her shrub era.

So she's making progress.

Like, even with all of you guys over my house last Friday night for the holiday party,

she came out.

Erin's kids were playing with her. Bart went right up to her. She's like, okay, you seem to know what to do with wild animals.
