At least I didn't have to hobble on my good foot. But yeah, man, so for those who don't know, yeah, I have gout and I had my first flare-up ever before we left for vacation.

And if you don't know what it is, it's basically when uric acid causes arthritis in your joints.

I have learned.

Normally it attacks your foot, but it really can attack your joints anywhere in your body.

So uric acid, are there specific food isn't

it a seafood thing that most people like if you eat a lot of seafood it doesn't have to be that's one of

the main causes of it usually it's either seafood they say bear or dark alcohol or stress are the

main causes of flare-ups for gout and it tends to attack men um usually around like their late 30s or higher, but it can

happen to women and it can't happen to men earlier as well. But they really don't know how to

pinpoint exactly what happened to me. It literally came from out of nowhere. Like, and that's why I knew

it was weird. Because if I was working out at the time, I might have just thought I tweaked something

or I twisted something by accident.

But I wasn't.

I wasn't doing anything physical to where my foot should hurt half as much as it did.
