I am thriving but also so full of anxiety.

I guess that's probably safe to say about a lot of people in the US and the whole world.

We live in Utah and it's just I just feel like things are getting worse more than better here so far as of late.

I guess everyone's just saying like all the scary things that we're seeing happening in New York. They're just saying it's going to be like two weeks and then that will be your life here.

Yeah well we just don't know what's going to happen but we're hopeful and we're hoping for good things to come and today in this podcast we wanted it to just be just a happy podcast.

A podcast to make you smile so we reached out to our followers on Instagram and asked them to post some good news.

Some things that have gone right in the world in their world and we've collected all of the good news and we're going to share them with you and my heart has just been warmed like reading through all these.

I don't know about yours Ash and it's been really really really fun to see and it's just nice to hear some good things happening around the world and just people reaching out.

There's all the examples of love and strength and hope in all of this good news is just like just makes me happy and enlightens my soul a little bit.

And it's very clear that people are hungry for some good news and so are we so we wanted to do our part and spread some the best that we could with your guys's help.

It's up there's a picture of a sweet older man and he's holding an older dog in his arms and they're both kind of doing like how Luna and I do the love stare where we both just gaze into eternity through the window of each other's eyes.
