Some bad news today. Looks like I'm going to have to move. And fast. The 7 weeks are going to be pretty crazy around here. Sorry for the drama.

What's up everybody? I want to do a informal video today to talk about some things that are coming up in the next month.

And I've got some good news and I've got some bad news and I'm going to start with the bad news so we can get that out of the way.

And in short, I'm being forced out of the studio. And it's largely

voluntarily, but I'll explain what's going on. And I try to keep this from being too long a story. So most of you guys know I live in Dallas, Texas, and I live in a neighborhood

that's called Deep Ellum. And Deep Ellum has been my home for over 10 years now. I've lived in the same

building, two different apartments. And it's their loft spaces it's an antique building and so it's

it's amazing it's a kind of a big shoe box but I have a studio here and I live here

and that's where I've produced just about all the videos that I've ever done in this show.

And I know I don't do a lot of behind the scenes.

So what you guys probably don't realize is, you know, my videos are anywhere from six minutes, upwards, to 15 minutes or sometimes longer.

And what you guys don't know is sometimes those six minutes can take two days to record, mainly

because the last two years there has been this huge construction project going on outside.

They've resurfaced the street.

I don't know why it takes two years to resurface the street and blow the budget because

they're not going to do the next two down, but that's where it's been.

Now we are getting towards the end of this and the reason it

takes me so long and delays me is because the noise. We've had jackhammers, we've had cement

mixers, the tractors that back up and make the beeping sound. The guys working, the

concrete cutters that come out and you know cut the concrete so it can expand and

contract in the street. And it's just been unbearable and the last year's been

really tough because I left my job to do this full time and it's just been challenging

Now we're getting at the end of all this and I've been really excited about that but what I found out the other day is there is a vacant lot
