Folks, it's Mark here. I'm on vacation and when I go on vacation I don't have to write a podcast and so we use one of our Hall of Fame

casts to fill in. And this week our Hall of Fame cast is Solution to a Stalled Technical Career, which was our very first cast ever.

Many of you have joined us over the years and perhaps have listened to the basics,

but maybe have not gone back and listened to the very beginning

and you certainly don't need to but the very first cast before we did our cast on one-on-ones

was about a friend of ours who was struggling in his career and we made

some specific recommendations about behavior. We introduced the concept of a behavior and recommendations that are actionable in this very first cast and for

those longtime listeners many of them feel that this is one of our most important cast.

So I give to you a to a stalled technical career.
