Solomon closes the book of Ecclesiastes with these words. Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter.

Recently, someone suggested to me that we should make a study of the rhetorical questions in the Bible.

You know, when God asks questions, he's not looking for information. He is rather probinging and he's revealing truth to us. And very often, even in scripture, when men record certain questions,

the questions are not just to fill your head with thoughts and knowledge. The questions

are to lead you to God. I've even thought about taking the Old Testament questions and then answering them with

New Testament answers.

For example, the questions of Job answered by Jesus.

Now, that would be a profound study.

Well, another would be the questions of Solomon answered by Jesus. Remember that

a greater than Solomon is here. See, everybody thought Solomon had all the answers. Oh, what a

wise man he was. The Queen of Sheba came to proving with hard questions and said, not the half has been

told. Everybody was just in awe at the fact that Solomon had answers, but I'll remind you,

the only answers he really had came from God, and even Solomon had his questions.

Maybe you have questions today. Maybe you have questions that desperately need answers.
