| 1:05.5 | certain situations, our brain tends to generalize and form beliefs, form our reality according to either the way we've acted or the way others have acted toward us. |
| 1:17.8 | And what I've been encouraged to do and what I've been doing pretty religiously while down here is just exploring it all. |
| 1:26.1 | And all the things going on in the world right now, all the things going on in the world right now, |
| 1:28.3 | all the things going on in my world right now, all the things going on in my mind, |
| 1:34.2 | my beliefs, my business, my family. And the idea of taking time, even if it's five to ten |
