Is drinking raw milk safe like RFK Jr. suggests? Can you reduce a glucose spike if you eat your food in, quote, unquote, the right order? I'm registered dietitian Abby Sharp. I host a nutrition myth-busting podcast called Bite Back with Abby Sharp. And those are just some of the questions I tackle with qualified experts on my show.

There is so much food misinformation and disinformation out there, and it can feel impossible

0:27.9

to know what's real and what's BS.

0:30.7

On Biteback, my goal is to help listeners create a pleasurable relationship with food,

0:35.3

their body, and themselves, which in my opinion is the

This podcast is brought to you by Podcast Nation. Welcome to Thursday solo. I miss just sitting in

0:53.8

my little chair here recording a solo. Now let's make

1:51.1

right after school, but it would be, you know, at bath time or at dinner time, just unlike him,

1:57.5

you know, so then I started to look into restraint collapse. It hasn't happened in a while,

2:02.6

but after, it's so funny because, well, it's not funny, but interesting. When we were on vacation,

2:09.3

it's what, like a four and a half hour flight to Vancouver. Our flight was delayed for four hours.

2:16.1

So we sat in the airport for four hours. Not a peep from him.

2:19.6

Like he was so good. He was so good on the plane. We had the best time when my husband came to meet me

2:25.6

in L.A. for a couple nights. Milo stayed with my in-laws. They said he was amazing. Like everything was just so
