0:16.4	It's honestly a great day for me to record because I am fresh off of my first IVF appointment. So I have
0:24.0	a lot to fill you guys in on and I'm really excited to bring you along the journey. Obviously,
0:29.7	I've been talking about my fertility journey for about a year at this point, over a year at this
0:34.7	point. And I think something that's brought me a lot of comfort
0:39.2	is the fact that me sharing my struggles, my findings, my ups and downs, my lessons I'm learning
0:46.8	could be helping you guys on the other end. I really hope it is. And for some reason I feel like
0:53.7	I'm not tentative about oversharing. I feel
0:57.8	pretty comfortable talking about this journey, even though I do get unsolicited advice and
1:03.2	random DMs and sort of like negativity around it. I don't care because I do feel like there's a much
1:10.4	more positive outcome. The pros outweigh
1:13.4	the cons, if that makes sense. And I've been very open about it on my podcast, on my TikTok,
1:18.5	and my plan is to continue doing that through IVF. I know as someone who has explored it for a while
1:27.0	now, I really enjoy hearing about it,
1:30.6	learning about it, having resources. And I think the beauty of social media and podcasting is that
1:37.6	we can sort of live through someone else's eyes and really get that full experience and have
1:43.2	the knowledge before we do it ourselves. So I will
