1:11.5	And I've had many instances where I've had people come on the podcast and we've had like such a great pod session and then they'll call me like the next day and be like way too scared like I can't like I can't be that
1:17.8	vulnerable like I shared too much I got too comfortable like I don't want anybody to know about this
1:22.2	I like being private what if I what if one of my investors here is that I said this and they
1:26.9	get met I mean we all live in like this very paranoid world where we're like a lot of us are

1:35.7	And I unfortunately and fortunately have been over expressing and overly vulnerable on the
1:42.4	internet since I had a blog in 2018.
