if this is going to be a 30 minute regular episode, if it's going to be a long ass episode,

or if I'm going to break it into

two episodes if it's too long. So what I've been doing is keeping always in my notes app on my

phone, I keep a note that's solo episode and it's topics or things that I just want to talk about. As I go throughout my days,

I think of things and I'm like, oh, I want to talk about that. So the list is huge because last Thursday's

episode was not a typical solo because I did it with my mom and my ma'amare about our trip to London.

And then the last Thursday,
