On today’s episode we’re doing things a little differently. I’ve had this podcast for quite some time and it had not crossed my mind to do a solo episode. I’ve learned some of the most valuable tips, tricks and hacks through the guests I’ve interviewed and have actually adopted many of them into my daily regime. With the new year approaching, I’m going to share some of the most valuable pieces of information I’ve learned that have changed and improved my life in 2021, and hopefully you guys can take away a tip or two to help reach your goals in the coming new year. I get into my favorite tips learned from guest interviews, routine hacks to improve your mindset, miracle skincare products I swear by, and of course, book recommendations that you need to add to your 2022 reading list to shift your reality.
