So we are rebranding the podcast from the Fit Body Happy Joints podcast to the Dr. Shannon Show. And the reason we're doing that is because it's time for a

change. I have been doing this podcast since 2021 and we've been doing it the same way every week.

It started as me just recording the episodes in my closet and you know short episodes no fancy intro no ads and then we slowly kind of
