Summary

On Christmas Eve, December 24, 1945, a fire destroyed the Sodder residence in Fayetteville, West Virginia. At the time, it was occupied by George Sodder, his wife Jennie, and nine of their ten children. The bodies of the other five children have never been found, but many mysterious coincidences have led to some theories about what may have happened. So with that being said, let's jump right on into it today.

Now to understand what happened to the solder children,

we initially need to start out with looking at who the

solder family was. The solder family consists of husband and wife, George Jenny Sauter, as well as their 10 children.

They had five girls and five boys.

Now the father, George Sauter, was born in Italy in 1895 and he immigrated to the
