The number one reason so many people struggle is because they say dumb shit like,

well I don't like TikTok.

Who gives a fuck, Harold, you like money?

You know, I think about so much stuff.

I think that's really been the reason I've had the career I've had.

I think it's the reason I was such an all-time bad student.

I wasn't super interested in what was being talked about in the room.

I was interested in observing, watching, trying to figure people out.

I think when I go to something like this and I think about some people are doing this

much in revenue, some people are doing that much, that's different.

Some people are B2B, some people are B2C, that's different, different industries, different

points of your life.

It's a complicated framework of people needing nuanced insights and observations to build.

But there are always things that are universal.

And the one thing that I'm completely convinced about for this room myself included is the

variable of the things that you're up to selfishly and selflessly is 100% predicated on

other human beings.

Your relationship graph with your inner circle, the way you manage, the way you see the

world, the way you actually think about the cliché things that people talk about like

culture and team and management is a profound variable in success.

I think people think they can use tenacity and ambition and work ethic and all those things

are incredibly true.
