Take another deep breath in, filling your chest and your belly with another wave of fresh air, And as you exhale, feel yourself release. Last deep breath in, filling your belly until it can’t expand anymore, And breathe out the day. Bring your breathing to its normal, relaxed rhythm, And see if you can feel the slight buzz of energy inside of you from the increase of oxygen. Breathe. PAUSE… There is nowhere for you to be right now.  Nothing you need to respond to.  No comment you need to make.  No information you need to know.  Now is your time to rest, To slowly dance with the comforting shadows of the night, And let yourself be still.  So just be here, And breathe.
