I need to be doing? And if I can't do this then what should I do?

So he goes from charity to, you know, when he tells the police of

Islam what are the actions that accompany faith.

The first thing he says is spending

from what Allah has given to you.

So being charitable with what's been given to you,

even if it's very small.

Then he mentions a few things. So he mentions this idea of

enjoying good and forbidding evil. He mentions this idea of helping someone

who is skilled but doesn't have the capability or someone who's in a position of authority to make changes

but doesn't have the proper knowledge or the skill set.
