And she is the voice behind the term sober curious.

She's an author of the 2019 book of the same title.

And she spearheaded this global movement to re-evaluate our relationship with alcohol.

And that's a scary thing for me.

I mean, I was even re-e-e-e having a glass of wine as I was reading her book about being

sober curious.
