Delivery drivers at Paliachi Pizza may be getting a payout.

The company settled a lawsuit filed by two employees over mileage reimbursement to drivers for personal vehicle use.

In making the announcement, Paliachi says it opted for the $830,000 settlement to avoid a lengthy and costly legal battle.

Eligible current and former drivers will receive a payment to account for the difference between what they were paid and IRS mileage standards.

Full disclosure, I've got a delivery driver for Paliachi in my household.

And now the Federal Aviation Administration is warning airlines

that rudders on certain Boeing 737 planes could malfunction. The FAA's warning follows the National

Transportation Safety Board recommendation a couple of weeks ago urging Boeing and the FAA to take

action. Boeing says it's continuing to work with regulators and is

reminding operators how to respond if they encounter a jammed rudder. That's it for now. We'll be back
