I am here with a co-founder of Jake and Gina, my husband and co-authors of this book on today. But my first question, before I get into their bio, I've been parenting over 20 years and I still have that question every day when

I get up. Am I doing the right thing? And I think they're going to dive into it. Today's guests are

a brother and sister duo who have teamed up to help us understand the difference between producing

a product and parenting a person. Together, Bill Hendrix and

Bev Hendricks, Godbe, have created a comprehensive look at how to identify giftedness and help

Thank you. Great. Good to be with you. Thank you. My first question, who's the better parent out of both of you?

Well, that's easy. That hands down, Beth, is there's no question about that. I don't know about that.

I need you guys to expand a little bit on that question. That's a hard thing to answer. I tried to really hold on to the wise woman builds her house.

It's a present tense.

It's always happening.

So if you really messed up yesterday, there's always today.

So I think God's really gracious that way.

So I like the reason I say she's the better parent, let's just do the math. Which way does it go

when we get down the question, okay, I'm going to fix here as a parent. I need some advice.

Does she turn to me or do I turn to her? And 90% of the time I turn to her.
