2:09.0 | Obviously, there's a lot of things on the very practical side. |
2:15.8 | So number one, that approached you're taking, how they're going about that, physically, etc., etc. |
2:23.2 | But the specific thing I wanted to really dial in on today was just one small aspect of that, |
2:31.1 | and that was some of the mental limitations that people place on themselves that then cause a lack of progress. |
